Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Knowledge Exchange Officer) in the Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics of the School of Public Health (Ref.: 508503) (to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree or above, with at least 3 years' post-qualification administrative experience. They must be proficient in event organization. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and a keen interest in knowledge exchange and public health. They should be responsible, detail-minded, organized, and able to work independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The appointee will work with the project manager in a wide range of administrative and research grant support matters. He/She will organize knowledge sharing conferences, workshops, meetings, and presentations; provide teaching support to online learning and postgraduate courses; manage multi-disciplinary local and overseas research project files; liaise with internal and external stakeholders; and perform other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
