Administrative Assistant II in the Department of Anaesthesiology (Ref.: 508529) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree, with at least 6-8 years’ work experience in a tertiary institution or quasi-government organization. They should have an excellent command of English and Chinese, exceptional attention to details, and strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines. They should also be a capable leader with sound judgement and maturity, a great team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, as well as competent of building and maintaining constructive ties with colleagues and partners at all levels. The appointee will lead a small team overseeing various functions of the Department and perform any other duties as assigned.
