Project Associate in the Centre of Buddhist Studies (Ref.: 508538) (to commence as soon as possible for 1 year)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines, and should be a fresh graduate (Class of 2020 or Class of 2021). They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. They should also be competent in web-based platforms, such as web server/application, cloud service, website/CMS, and web-based multimedia editing/development. Experience in the latest eLearning/eTeaching technologies (such as Moodle, Panopto, Zoom, MS Team) would have an advantage.
The appointee will be responsible for a wide range of administrative matters of the Centre: assist in IT/website development, programme and office administration, and event management. He/She will provide day-to-day technical support on eLearning, and multi-media works (include photo/video taking and editing). Ad-hoc IT/event support outside normal office hours may be required occasionally.
