Executive Officer/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 508809) (to commence as soon as possible for 9 months, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years’ supervisory experience in tertiary institutions and/or IT project management. They should have high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; strong critical thinking; good analytical and communication skills; and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in handling human resource and financial matters, and/or competence is basic graphic design will be advantages. Those with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the project team; maintain close relations with the funding body and other stakeholders; liaise with community partners and other parties for smooth operation; provide general office administration; supervise part-time or junior support staff; and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
