Executive Officer/ Senior Clerk in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 509154) (to commence as soon as possible for 9 months, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years’ solid administrative work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; and an appropriate level of IT skills. They must be able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision; and tactful in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
The appointee will provide general administrative and secretarial support on a wide range of matters including human resources, financial management, research administration, office management, meeting coordination, and logistic support for community events. He/She will liaise with internal and external parties, and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
