IT Officer in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 509169) (to commence as soon as possible for 9 months, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related discipline. They should have solid experience in web development and Linux server setup and administration. They should have good problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently under tight schedule. Competence in container technology (e.g. Docker) will be an advantage.
The appointee will mainly assist in the development and maintenance of web applications under a project related to Information and Communications Technology (ICT). He/She will collect data, provide on-site technical support for the equipment and servers, and perform other duties as assigned.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefit.
