Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology/Social Sciences or a related discipline with one year's work experience in quantitative and qualitative analyses. Advanced proficiency with SPSS, Excel and other statistical analysis software (such as, R) is essential. Experience in working with large-scale dataset and solid knowledge and skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods would be a distinct advantage. They should also have good communication and writing skills in English, demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment; and be able to handle multi-task and attentive to details. The appointee will support various institutional surveys and projects on teaching and learning; collect and analyze data; produce reports; conduct interviews and write up manuscripts. The appointee will also perform general administrative, operational and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Those with at least three years of research experience and stronger academic background may be considered for appointment as Senior Research Assistant.
