Administrative Assistant II/Executive Officer (2 posts) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 523238) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years’ solid administrative work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English (with an overall band score of at least 7.5 in IELTS or equivalent) and Chinese; strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; an appropriate level of IT skills; the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision; and a good sense of tact in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues, including personal files. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer.
The appointees will join the Faculty’s HR team and have a good exposure to a wide range of administrative work in relation to HR management. They will also perform other duties as assigned.
