Full-time/Part-time Research Assistant I/II (several posts) in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 526545) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social science, science, or other healthcare-related disciplines. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, the willingness to learn new skills, a strong commitment to high quality research, good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize work and maintain a high level of effectiveness. Experience in clinical research and proficiency in statistical programming (e.g. SPSS, R, and SAS) would be advantageous. Fresh graduates (in particular in psychology) are most welcome to apply.

The appointee will provide research support to funded projects, and our work would include psychosis studies, symptoms and functional assessments, and neurocognitive assessments etc. He / She will handle project preparation; collect, manage, and analyse data; and perform other duties as assigned.  This post provides an excellent training opportunity for those who plan to pursue postgraduate studies in clinical and research field. Those who have responded to the previous advertisement (Ref.: 523787) need not re-apply.
