Duties and Responsibilities
- coordinate clinical studies and trials
- manage and analyse large clinical biobank datasets
- be exposed to ample opportunities in developing an academic career
- perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- a Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences, Epidemiology, Biostatistics or related disciplines, preferably with at least 1 year's of post-qualification experience
- experience in clinical research, epidemiological data analysis of large datasets using R and/or STATA
- strong Biomedical Science and quantitative background
- demonstrated abstract concepts in an accessible way to all organizational levels
- good communication and data visualization skills
- self-motivated, scientifically mature, attentive to details
- ability to acquire new biostatistical techniques by self-learning
- able to work independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- proficiency in Mendelian Randomization research is highly preferred
- laboratory skills, track records of publications and grants would be advantageous
