Research Assistant II in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref: 526803) (to commence as soon as possible for 1 year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

The selected candidate will be involved in the development and execution of educational strategies that improve student learning outcomes. They will employ AI-powered teaching tools to foster a dynamic and responsive educational setting. The role includes mentoring students to aid their scholarly and creative endeavors. Additionally, the appointee will support research activities by aiding in data gathering, analysis, and dissemination. They will also oversee administrative tasks associated with organizing and implementing courses.

Seeking candidates with a Bachelor's in psychology, social sciences, education, medicine, or related fields, who have a solid background in teaching and research, preferably within higher education. Proficiency in AI teaching tools and a knack for integrating technology into education are essential. The role demands strong research skills and a passion for mentoring students in creative endeavors, like book writing. We value proactive educators who can nurture a learning and creative environment, with a history of educational innovation and hands-on teaching experience.
