Publicity Officer/Publicity Assistant in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree with at least three years of post-degree work experience in health-related promotion or public awareness campaigns through traditional media, new media, and community events. Applicants should have a good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and strong digital literacy. We are looking for someone dependent, creative, self-initiative, and who would work well within a multidisciplinary team. Basic knowledge or exposure to common mental disorders, psychological therapies, and volunteer work among the elderly population is definitely an advantage but not essential. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Publicity Assistant.

The appointee will work with the project management team to develop and implement public awareness campaigns to promote mental wellness for the JC JoyAge project in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration.
