Administrative Assistant II in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref: 527064) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis or a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years' administrative experience and at least 3 years' supervisory experience in a tertiary institution.  They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, the ability to work independently and in a team, strong leadership, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills as well as good management, communication and interpersonal skills.

The appointee will oversee a large-scale community health project in project planning and management, progress reporting and supervise a team of project staff.  He/She is also required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, plan, execute and monitor the development of the project and perform any other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment on fixed-term basis will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
