Research Assistant I (holding the functional title of Project Coordinator) in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref. 527105) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance) 

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in nursing, social sciences, psychology, counselling, statistics or healthcare-related disciplines, preferably with experience in health-related research projects. Project implementation experience in mental health community projects would be an advantage. They should be able to work independently and in a team, self-motivated, and familiar with quantitative and qualitative research methods. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese), and good communication skills. The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator in conducting field works and data analysis, assisting in intervention programmes, coordinating ongoing research projects; drafting reports for research projects; and other duties as assigned.  He/She will be required to work on irregular working hours occasionally.
