Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible for understanding product requirements and conducting interface design, including but not limited to apps and websites. They will design aesthetically pleasing, simple, and user-friendly UI elements such as icons, buttons, and layouts, and work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation and good interactive effects of the design. The candidate will participate in user experience testing and optimize design solutions based on feedback, keep up with design trends, and continuously improve design skills. They will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining relevant design documentation and perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant experience in Visual Communication Design, Product Design, Digital Media Art Design, Arts and Crafts Design, and over two years of experience in UI/UX design. The candidate should be proficient in professional design software such as Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with strong aesthetic judgment and color perception abilities. In addition, the candidate should have a deep understanding of user experience with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a team collaboration spirit. They must also have the ability to work efficiently and complete design tasks on time.

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
