Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in medical science, public health or related disciplines with proven knowledge of both biological and social sciences. They should have substantial experience in statistical analysis; an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online survey tools; and good problem-solving, communication, organization and administrative skills.  They should be self-motivated, highly committed, and able to work independently as well as a team. 

The appointee will conduct various research studies and community projects on child development and neuroscience. The appointee will be responsible for data collection and management; prepare reports and presentations; perform data analysis under supervision; provide administrative support; and perform other duties as assigned. Working on evenings and public holidays may be required. Specific on-the-job training will be provided if necessary.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
