Applications are invited for appointment as Research Assistant Professor in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 528709), to commence as soon as possible for one year on temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree preferably in biological sciences, biomedical sciences, bioinformatics or a related discipline. Preference will be given to those with experience in one of the following research fields – single cell and spatial transcriptomics, novel lineage tracing methods, cancer bioinformatics, cancer biology and/or cancer immunology; as well as demonstrated experience with cell/organoid culture, handling human clinical samples, cellular/molecular biology, flow cytometry, animal studies, and cancer-related research work. Applicants should have good communication skills, be self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task with attention to detail, be organized and be able to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.
