Part-time Research Assistant I / II in the Faculty of Education (Several posts) (Ref.: 528745) (to commence as soon as possible until 31 August 2025, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, language studies, translation, science or social sciences. Having a very good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), being meticulous and having strong communication skills are essential. Applicants who have engaged with educational projects in tertiary education sector and are familiar with the secondary education system in Hong Kong are encouraged to apply. Prior work experience with qualitative or quantitative research and/or assessment administration in school settings is an advantage.
The appointee will provide clerical, administrative and research support in the implementation of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025 in Hong Kong. He/She will be responsible for project tasks such as data entry and verification, translation verification, working with schools on assessment activities, and other tasks as assigned.
