Part-time Senior Research Assistant/Research Assistant I/II in the Division of Dermatology of the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530192)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • data collection, entry and analysis
  • database management
  • communicate with participants
  • perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience
  • capable of blood-drawing in adult and pediatric patients
  • have basic knowledge of biostatistics or related disciplines
  • good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
  • strong sense of responsibility
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
  • experience in clinical research, coordination of clinical trials, analysis of biostatistics using SPSS and/or R program is preferred
  • those with lower qualifications or less experience may be considered for appointment as Research Assistant I/II

 

What We Offer

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a temporary part-time basis for 3 to 12 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
