Clerical Assistant in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 531543) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
 
Applicants should have completed Form 3 or above, with at least 10 years’ full-time work experience, including 6 years in a business school setting, in providing general office and clerical support in the tertiary education sector.  They should have fair knowledge of computer applications (including MS Office and other customized platforms), good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure.  They should also be self-motivated, detail-minded and responsible.
 
The appointee will perform general office support and clerical duties, including mail delivery, logistics support for meetings/events, answering enquiries, facility management, database management, and other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
