Manager, EMBA Marketing (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref: 534654) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
 
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and possess at least 6 years of proven experience in brand building, marketing campaign management, digital marketing, and organizing promotional events. Prior work experience in the higher education field is an advantage.
 
Candidates must be high-calibre individuals capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize ad hoc requests. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.  Applicants should have a strong aptitude for numbers and be proficient in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and website management. The work location is the Faculty’s Cyberport campus. Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends when required is expected.
 
The appointee will support the Faculty’s EMBA Marketing Team in planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies, social media contents and events for brand promotion.  Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
• planning, implementing and executing marketing strategies across different platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, WeChat, RedNote etc.
 
• maintaining website and promotional collateral content to ensure all materials are up-to-date, while staying informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices.
 
• work independently with vendors on event planning and execution, including script preparations, photo & video-related preparation, coordination, implementation and delivery
 
• coordinating  various stakeholders to support finance-related matters and overseas trips; and 
 
• providing support to ad-hoc projects and other duties assigned by the Faculty. 
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
