Manager, EMBA Marketing (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref: 534655) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
 
Applicants should be equipped with:
 
• a bachelor’s degree;
 
• at least 5 years of working experience with a record of managing overseas study tours of high-end executive or government delegations;
 
• established networks with leading universities, corporations, and institutions across key regions; and
 
• professional fluency in English and Putonghua, with additional language skills considered advantage.
 
Candidates must be high-calibre individuals capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize ad hoc requests. They should be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.  The work location is the Faculty’s Cyberport campus. Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends when required is expected.
 
The appointee will support the Faculty’s EMBA Marketing Team in planning, developing and implementing EMBA Overseas Modules and Study Tours.  Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
• annual planning of overseas modules;
 
• working closely with the Program Directors and Operation Team to design, implement and evaluate the content of overseas modules;
 
• coordinating and managing external stakeholders, including but not limited to overseas universities, corporations, and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery;
 
• supporting the development of promotional materials and social media content; and
 
• providing support to other duties assigned by the Faculty.
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
