Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant (several posts) (at the rank of Clerk I / II) in the School of Computing and Data Science (Ref: 534786) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).
With the establishment of the School of Computing and Data Science, we are seeking highly motivated individuals who aspire to develop their careers in university administration at a division level. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with two to three years of work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), proficiency in MS Office applications, a strong sense of responsibility, good problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
The appointees will provide administrative support to the Division Office and assist with various functions as required. Duties may include (1) coordinating student-related matters such as internships, career talks and other programmes; (2) providing logistical support for meeting and event coordination; (3) supporting academic programmes ; and performing other duties as assigned. Experience in student services, event management, or programme administration will be an advantage.
Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
