Clerk I/II (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant) in the Faculty of Law (Ref.: 537216) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree in marketing, new media, journalism, corporate communications or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. They should be digital savvy; have a good command of written and spoken English; good communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also possess solid knowledge and hands-on experience in communications, social media communications, digital marketing and content development.
They must be good team player; self-motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; attentive to details; able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines and able to prioritise multi-tasks efficiently. Knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage but not a must. Those with less experience may be appointed as Clerk II.
The appointees will be responsible for creating content, managing social media platforms, and taking photographs and videos, and also supporting the organization of events in the Faculty. They will also provide general administrative and clerical support to the Faculty office and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
