Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref.: 537228) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of clerical experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred. IT proficiency and confidence in communicating with individuals at all levels are essential. Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible, positive, and able to work independently as well as in a team. They should also have strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience in designing promotional materials will be an advantage.

The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the operation of the Inno Cluster, including coordinating visiting tours and student experiential activities; handling procurement; supporting marketing, promotion, and social media initiatives; liaising with internal and external parties; and performing other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
