Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Manager) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 495475) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal).
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 - 5 years’ full-time work experience in institutional advancement, communications, public relations or related fields. Sound network with the business sector is definitely an advantage. They should have a good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); good organizational, communication, project management and problem-solving skills with a high level of computer proficiency; and must be able to work independently and under pressure.
The appointee will support the Faculty’s Communications and External Relations team to identify, cultivate, and secure new corporate partners in facilitating the Faculty’s strategic development while managing and stewarding the existing portfolio of corporate partners. He/She will also work closely with various internal teams to strengthen corporate networks. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
