Clerk II (holding the functional title of Project Assistant) in the Department of Psychology (Ref.: 495489) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary; or on a one-year temporary term, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years' administrative experience.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; and proficiency in IT.  They should also be attentive to details and able to work independently and handle multi-tasks under pressure.   The appointee will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to providing assistance in preparing and managing laboratory/project documents as well as providing other administrative support to day-to-day operations of laboratory/projects (e.g. HR and financial matters, estates and facility matters, claims and reimbursements. etc.); supporting academic/programme activities; and performing other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
