Applications are invited for appointment as Administrative Assistant I/II (AAI/II) (holding the functional title of Senior Programme Manager) in the China Affairs Office, Admissions and Academic Liaison Section of the Registry (Ref.: 495683) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years' relevant experience. Experience in public relations and project management is preferred. They should be outgoing and independent, passionate and committed. He/She should demonstrate a good understanding of people dynamics, with outstanding interpersonal skills and management experience. An excellent command of English and Chinese is expected. The appointee will join a dedicated team and is responsible for the planning, execution and development of academic, research and student projects in the Mainland. Applicants with not less than 5 years' relevant experience may be appointed at Administrative Assistant II level.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary for AAI and 10% of basic salary for AAII.
