IT Technician/Senior IT Assistant in the Development & Alumni Affairs Office (Ref.: 496938) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary) 

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' work experience in Information Technology. They should also have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; solid background in web and application development, preferably with experience in WordPress and Wix; proficiency in multimedia production and editing; excellent knowledge of electronic direct marketing (eDM) and social media platforms; good interpersonal skills, self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; and the ability to work independently and to handle multi-tasks. The appointee will be responsible for maintaining various online platforms and systems, preparing eDM and publication materials, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting to end users, and perform ad-hoc IT/event support outside normal office hours. Those with less experience or qualifications may be appointed as Senior IT Assistant.  

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
