Clerk II (holding functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Admissions and Academic Liaison Section of the Registry (Ref.:498444) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have completed Diploma/Associate Degree or above, possess 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; IT proficiency (MS Word and Excel); the ability to work independently; good organizational and communication skills; and be self-motivated. The appointee will manage application systems for student mobility programmes and handle enquiries from various stakeholders. He/She is required to assist in daily operation and administrative tasks at the International Affairs Office, and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
