Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Department of Surgery (Ref.: 499225) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ solid administrative or secretarial work experience, preferably in the healthcare and/or tertiary education sectors. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; IT proficiency; and the ability to work independently and under pressure. They should be attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The appointee will provide general administrative and secretarial support. He/She will handle financial accounting matters; coordinate conferences, training courses, events and visitation programmes; and perform other duties as assigned.
