Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Clinical Oncology (Ref.: 499230), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Computational Biology, Molecular Biotechnology, Bioinformatics or Biomedical Sciences, with a strong publication record. Experience in next-generation sequencing, whole-genome sequencing, transcriptome and single cell NGS studies; and strong expertise in R, Python, Shell and Unix operating systems are essential. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in circulating tumor cell studies. A good command of English, good interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of bioinformatics tools for cancer genomics would be an advantage.
