Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Admissions and Academic Liaison Section of the Registry (Ref.: 499507) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a good Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' work experience, preferably in the education sector. They should have an outgoing personality; good organizational and communication skills; IT proficiency; and the ability to work independently with initiative. They should also have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage. Applicants with experience in academic programme development, student mobility projects, student recruitment and admissions in tertiary setting are preferred.
The appointee will be responsible for the administration and development of the summer school programmes. He/She is required to liaise with other faculties within the University and overseas institutions, responsible for student recruitment and applications; and perform any other duties as assigned by the Section Head.
