Research Assistant II in the Department of Clinical Oncology (Ref.: 499513) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Biological Science, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Cell Biology or Biochemistry, with laboratory experience. Experience in cell culture, Western analysis or FACS analysis would be an advantage. Applicants should also have skilled and independent research capability, and good communication skills in English and Chinese. The appointee will participate in research projects in the laboratory relating to cell culture (transfection of cancer cell lines and phenotypic analyses of these lines), basic molecular biology (DNA and RNA isolation and analysis), and animal handling in immune-oncology studies.
