Senior Research Assistant/Research Assistant I in The Hong Kong Jockey Club Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention (Ref.: 499661) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, or other related disciplines with three years’ post-qualification experience; or a Master’s degree in the aforementioned disciplines with one year’s post-qualification experience. They should have proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); skills in analytical evaluation and generation of practical solutions; and ability to work independently and as a team player. Those with post-qualification work experience in social sciences research projects and knowledge in data analysis are preferred.
The appointee will work for the projects on mental health enhancement for students, their families and teachers in Hong Kong under HKJC Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention and supported by the Quality Education Fund. He/She will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the whole project, and participate in the coordination of data management, statistical analysis and reporting/paper writing.
