Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 499671) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate communications, content strategy and digital marketing, preferably in higher education or healthcare sector. Applicants should have strong communication skills and a high standard in written English; and be resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. They should also demonstrate the ability to curate and prepare content for multi-channel delivery (web, print, email, events etc). Adept research and information gathering skills are a must.
The appointee will support the Knowledge Exchange and Faculty Advancement Team in producing communications content across multiple platforms. He/She will work closely with key internal stakeholders and vendors to support a global communications campaign and assist in day-to-day management of the Faculty’s digital platforms. The appointee will also support other portfolios of the Knowledge Exchange and Faculty Advancement Team and perform any other duties as assigned.
