Executive Officer in the Faculty of Arts  (Ref.: 499864) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ full-time work experience in university administration, preferably at Faculty level. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good organizational, interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills; proficient in computer literacy; and be able to work independently and under pressure. They should be good team players with the ability to handle multiple tasks and be attentive to details. The appointee will join the Undergraduate Team to provide administrative support to the planning, development and execution of UG curricula, handle student matters, support curriculum review process and reporting, serve committees and perform other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.  

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
