Research Assistant II in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 500246) (to commence as soon as possible for six months, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Neuroscience, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline. Preference will be given to those with experience in primary cell culture, molecular biology and microscopy techniques. Applicants should be organized, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. They should also have a good command of both written and spoken English. The appointee will work under the joint supervision of Dr. C.W. Lee and Dr. C.B. Chan (School of Biological Sciences) on research projects relating to BDNF signaling in muscle physiology.
