Executive Assistant (Marketing and Admissions for Masters programmes) (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 500536) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)

To cope with its strategic development and expansion, the Faculty of Business and Economics (HKU Business School) is now seeking high caliber candidates to support marketing and promotion campaigns for its Masters programmes.

Applicants should have a recognized degree or diploma with at least 2 - 4 years' work experience, preferably in education or marketing sector; an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese), sense of urgency, the ability to work independently, an outgoing personality, effective organizational and communication skills, and IT proficiency. Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop) and video creation would be an advantage.

The appointee will assist in different marketing and admissions functional areas with diversified duties such as marketing content development for social media channels, creative design for marketing collaterals, website update and database management.  He/She will also support a wide range of admissions and outreach events for Masters programmes.  He/She will be required to work outside normal office hours/during weekends and travel outside Hong Kong occasionally. He/She will work at the Faculty‚Äôs Cyberport campus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
