Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Manager) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 500554) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal).
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ full-time work experience in alumni affairs, institutional advancement, communications or public relations, preferably with experience in higher education institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational, communication, project management and problem-solving skills with a high level of computer proficiency. They must be able to work independently and under pressure.
The appointee will support the Faculty’s alumni affairs team to implement alumni engagement strategies, plan and organize alumni activities, liaise and coordinate with local and overseas alumni bodies, and formulate and implement marketing and communication initiatives to strengthen a close relationship with alumni. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
