Student Affairs Assistant II (2 posts) in the Campus Life Section of the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (Ref: 500626) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefit scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a Diploma or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. Grade C for Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with preferably at least one year’s full-time relevant work experience. Fresh university graduates are also welcome. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational and communication skills; the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks; and possess well-rounded skills in customer service support. The appointee will provide general support to student service and customer service; assist in student programmes and events; handle student applications; perform clerical duties; and other duties as assigned. They may be required to provide on-site support to the campus catering services. Relevant experience in customer service, student programmes, and proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop would be an advantage. This post is equivalent to the rank of Clerical Assistant in the University.
