Senior Research Assistant/Research Assistant I/II in the Division of Health Economics, Policy and Management of the School of Public Health (Ref.: 501925) (to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, econometrics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer sciences, data analytics, or related disciplines, with at least three years’ relevant experience. They should have strong communication skills in English and Chinese. They should be detail-orientated and able to work collaboratively in a team. Quantitative skills and proficiency in statistical or computer modelling software (e.g. R, Python, Stata, Matlab) would be highly preferred. Those with less experience may be considered as Research Assistant I/II.
The appointee will assist in research projects related to the economic evaluation of healthcare services, and econometric modelling of public health policy. He/She will perform data analysis, assist in academic publications, and prepare reports.
