Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 502070), to commence as soon as possible for two to three years, with the possibility of renewal. 

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree preferably in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline.  Prior experience in bulk or single cell RNA sequencing analysis is required.  Further experience in cancer biology, in particular haematology would be an advantage.  Applicants should be familiar with usage of high performance computing environment; and be organized, self-motivated, and able to work closely with clinical and experimental team members.  Enquiries about the duties of the post should be sent to Dr. Asif Javed at javed@hku.hk.
