Executive Officer in the School of Chinese Medicine (Ref.: 502188) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicant should have a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ work experience in administration, preferably in tertiary institution(s). They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with fluency in Putonghua. Experience in programme administration, event management or publicity would be an advantage. Applicants should also have IT proficiency; good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work multi-task and independently. The appointee will have a good exposure to a full spectrum of administrative work in the School. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
