Research Assistant I/II in the University Museum and Art Gallery (Ref.: 502353) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary term, with the possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above in Art History or a related subject, possess an interest in and knowledge of Chinese art and culture, and demonstrate an excellent command of written Chinese and English. Experience in translation between English and Chinese is highly desirable. They should also be familiar with art historical terminology and methodologies and proficient in computer applications. The appointee will assist in special exhibition projects and conduct collection-related research. Those who are attentive to details and possess good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative are encouraged to apply.
