Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 502380) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 1-2 years’ full-time work experience in programme administration, event and project management, student affairs, or a related field. They should have proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational, communication, project management and problem-solving skills; computer literacy; and must be able to work independently and under pressure. They should be good team players with the ability to handle multiple tasks and be attentive to details. They should also have a passion for working with students from all backgrounds and cultures.
The appointee will provide administrative and logistical support to student services and enrichment programmes to taught postgraduate students. He/She will be responsible for managing database; providing logistical support to events, activities, and trainings; liaising with students as well as internal and external stakeholders; and perform other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and/or travel occasionally. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
