Clerk I (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant) in the Faculty of Law (Ref.: 502412) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least three years of relevant work experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). They should have good organizational, problem-solving and communication skills; strong computer literacy; and the ability to handle multiple tasks. They should be a hard-working, mature and self-motivated team player, with a strong sense of responsibility and ethics, and independence. The appointee will provide clerical and administrative support to the Faculty Office mainly in the area of undergraduate programmes; assist in admissions and course enrolment; handle student matters and assessment; provide general support of events and functions; and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
