Temporary Executive Officer in the Examinations Office, Academic Support and Examinations Section of the Registry (Ref.: 502645) (to commence as soon as possible for 12 months)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, with at least 3 years' work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational, communication, analytical and IT skills; the ability to work independently and handle multi-tasks with a tight deadline; and a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in the development and implementation of new computer systems or project management would be an advantage. The appointee will assist in the planning, development and implementation of the digitization of classroom booking, and provide support to the administration of University examinations and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
