Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Teaching and Learning Evaluation and Measurement Unit (Ref.: 502681) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year’s relevant work experience. They should also have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; IT proficiency (MS Word and MS Excel); good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative and in a collaborative team environment; a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic; and be competent to handle multi-tasks, self-motivated and attentive to details. The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support for various institutional surveys on teaching and learning, general liaison, office administration and survey documentation; handle enquiries; update and maintain survey on-line system; provide logistic and clerical support for survey administration and reporting including but not limit to printing, stapling and filing documents; and perform other duties as assigned.
