Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year’s relevant work experience. They should also have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; IT proficiency (MS Word and MS Excel); good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative and in a collaborative team environment; a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic; and be competent to handle multi-tasks, self-motivated and attentive to details. The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support for various institutional surveys on teaching and learning, general liaison, office administration and survey documentation; handle enquiries; update and maintain survey on-line system; provide logistic and clerical support for survey administration and reporting including but not limit to printing, stapling and filing documents; and perform other duties as assigned.
