Clerk I/II in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (Ref: 502750) (on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree. They should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational and interpersonal communication skills; good IT proficiency; and be able to work independently in a team and handle multiple tasks with self-motivation. Work experience of marketing / digital marketing / publicity and promotion in the educational sector would be a major advantage. Knowledge of graphic design software applications will be a plus. The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the senior staff in the Department for teaching and learning, research and development and outreach activities; administer social media activities and website; and perform any other duties as assigned. Applicants with less qualification and experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk II.
